Chicken & Grape Poppyseed Salad

For the dressing:
·1/3 cup white vinegar
·1/4 cup maple syrup
·1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
·1 tablespoon poppyseeds
·1/3 cup vegetable oil
For the salad:
·6 cups bite-sized leafy greens
·1-2 cups cooked shredded skinless chicken
·1.5 cups seedless grapes, halved
·¼ cup raisins
·¼ cup pumpkin seeds
